Terms of Service
Welcome to DocLah, a platform operated by DOCLAH PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “DocLah”, “we”, or “our”), registered under company number 202437715C, whose registered office is at 160 Robinson Rd, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914.
Access to and use of our platform are subject to these Terms of Service (“ToS”).
Acceptance of the ToS

By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Services Offered

DocLah offers the following services:

For practitioners:
- Create and manage a public profile
- Schedule appointments online and receive notifications
- View and manage patients' appointments history

For patients:
- Search for practitioner and book appointments online with registered practitioners
- Access profiles with clinic information and languages spoken
Account Registration

To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information
- keep your login credentials confidential
- notify DocLah immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
DocLah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
Promotional Offer for Practitioners

Practitioners who register benefit from a 6-month free trial with no commitment. At the end of this trial period:
- subscription fees of 99 SGD/month may apply
- you will be notified at least 30 days in advance before the trial period ends
Payment Terms (for practitioners)

Registered practitioners, with an active subscription (after the aforementioned 6-month free trial period is over), are subject to the following payment terms:
- payments are made on a monthly subscription basis
- no refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by law
- failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension or termination
User Responsibilities

Users may register as practitioner or patient. By doing so, you agree:

As practitioner:
- Ensure that the information provided on his profiles (specialties, qualifications, schedules) is accurate and up-to-date
- Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to the practice of medicine

As patient:
- Provide accurate information when booking appointments
- Arrive on time for appointments or inform the practitioner in advance if he needs to cancel or reschedule
Content and Reviews

Users may submit reviews or feedback about their experiences. By doing so, you agree:
- to provide honest and respectful comments
- that DocLah may moderate or remove inappropriate content
Access and Availability

DocLah strives to provide uninterrupted access to the platform. However, we reserve the right to:
- suspend the platform temporarily for maintenance or updates
- modify or discontinue certain features without prior notice
Limitation of Liability

DocLah acts solely as a facilitator for appointments between practitioners and patients:
- we are not responsible for the quality of medical care provided or disputes arising between users
- DocLah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform
Personal Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform involves the collection and processing of personal data.
DocLah is committed to protecting your information in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”).

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of DocLah or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior authorization.
Cancellation and Termination

Users may cancel and/or terminate their account:

As practitioner:
- you may terminate your account at any time during or after the free trial period by contacting us at support@doclah.sg
- if you terminate your account during a paid subscription, you remain liable for the full subscription period

As patient:
- you may close your account by sending a request via email to support@doclah.sg
Refund Policy

Refunds for payments are not provided except in cases required by applicable laws.
Changes to the ToS

DocLah reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. We encourage users to review these terms regularly.
Governing Law

These ToS are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Language of the ToS

In case of discrepancies between different language versions of these ToS, the English version shall prevail.
